Peque is about a year old and weighs about 8lbs. Peque found himself in an overcrowded shelter in Mexico, where his future was uncertain. The shelter staff reached out to our rescue partners here in the states in hopes of bringing him here to find a wonderful forever family. Peque has now been in CO for a couple weeks and is ready to find his forever family.
Peque gets along great with all other dogs (big and small), cats, kids, and all humans. He loves to romp around and play with the other dogs in the home and snuggle up with the foster humans. He seems to be pretty smart, well socialized, and just as sweet as can be. He is a huge love bug and a happy little guy. He would do great in a home with another dog to play with or someone who has lots of time to spend with a new four-legged family member.
