My name is Penny!

We adopted Penny from a shelter in October 2025. She is a very sweet and energetic young dog. She loves to play fetch, tug on her rope, and snuggle with mom and dad. She is a fast learner and knows how to sit, lay down and stay. Working on recall. She is 90% housebroken as long as you let her go outside after she eats. She is crate trained and goes to her crate when told. She loves to go on daily walks and has gotten much better on a leash. he doesn’t pull. We love her but unfortunately our older dog does not. We hoped over time she would warm up to Penny but after trying for several months it isn’t going to work. She is great with all other dogs she has met, just not ours. Penny is a dream dog for someone looking for a mostly trained dog with amazing character. She is energetic so she needs a daily walk and possibly fetch sessions in an enclosed space. We will provide the crate, bed, food dishes, winter coat, leash and collar. We just want her to have a safe and loving home.
