Hi! My name is Max and I am a well-behaved medium-sized dog who is going to make a great companion for some lucky person. And even though I am a little older, I am still very playful and have quite a bit of pep in my step. I love chasing toys, especially the squeaky kind. I will chase those things for as long as you are willing to throw them to me! I like going on walks and have pretty good leash manners. I also seem to get along with other dogs. And I am not just a pretty face -- I am also a very smart dog. I already know the cues for sit, paw and down. I will also roll over on cue so I can get those much-loved belly rubs. Head scratches are also among my favorite things! So if you are looking for a dog who is smart, affectionate and lots of fun, consider me! You will be glad you did!
