My name is Casper!

Casper will be four in July. He’s very sweet and has quite the personality. He does have some health and behavioral issues that I am just not equipped to handle. He has allergies and skin issues that require a specific diet. He’s known to get into things as well and will chew and jump gates. My schedule is too busy to accommodate his needs which is unfair to him, so I unfortunately have to rehome him.
