Fig is a gentle, sweet-natured puppy with a heart full of love and a soft spot for toys and snuggles. She enjoys playtime just as much as cozy cuddle sessions, and you’ll often find her happily entertaining herself with her favorite toys.
Fig can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience, kindness, and a calm approach, her true personality shines through. Once she feels safe, she blossoms into the most loving and loyal companion.
She is wonderfully well-mannered for a young pup—quiet in her kennel, with no potty accidents, and just about fully potty trained. Fig also adores other dogs and would love a furry friend to play with.
Because of her sensitive nature, Fig may do best in a home without small children, where she can feel relaxed and secure while building trust at her own pace.
If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle puppy who will grow into a devoted sidekick, Fig may be the perfect match. 💛
All CSHS pups are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, 4DX negative (if older than 6 months), dewormed and microchipped.

While we are a foster-based animal rescue and all of our dogs are in foster care, we do have a cat adoption space at our new Adoption & Wellness Center in Chaska. We also partner with local retail locations like PetSmart Richfield and Chuck & Don's Chanhassen to feature adoptable cats at their stores.

More about this rescue
Carver-Scott Humane Society was founded in 1989 with the mission of connecting animals in need with people who care. Our vision is a world where every animal is safe, cared for, and loved.
In 2017, we introduced a new, innovative rescue philosophy based on our Four Pillars: TNR, Serve Where You Save, FurKeeps, and Adopters Welcome. As of 2018, we adopt over 500 dogs and cats into the community every year, with a nationally reported Live Release Rate of 97%. We serve over 1,000 Minnesota pets and their families annually through our surrender prevention program, FurKeeps, aiming to keep pets out of the shelter system in the first place.
CSHS focuses on serving and saving Minnesota pets, and we do not transport animals in from out of state. We do our best to prevent surrender, which creates capacity for us to transfer most of our animals from high-volume impounds and shelters throughout the state. For the past three years, we have transferred more animals from Minneapolis Animal Care & Control than any other animal welfare organization.
