When you adopt you sign a breeding control certificate which documents your agreement to get your kitten spayed/neutered when they are old enough (5-6 months old). Kittens will be up to date on vaccinations and receive a flea treatment and dewormer prior to adoption. They will be Felv/fiv tested if old enough. You must be over 21 to adopt. Do you rent or own your home? If you own, great!! If not, please bring a letter from your landlord or a copy of your lease stating that you can have a pet and a number to verify that once you are here. Do you have any other pets at home? If so, are they spayed/neutered? If not, do you believe in spaying/neutering? Are they vaccinated? The formal application and all of the paperwork are done at the fosters home. Please be on time to meet and greet appointments and considerate of the foster's time if you need to reschedule or cancel.
