Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fran Drescher is a national treasure and we will not be taking any questions on the matter. Yes, even from you, Mr. Sheffield.
Fran originally came to PAWS back in the Year of our Friskies, 2017. At that time she was just a shy and nervous lady who was found wandering around a park out in West Philly. She was returned to PAWS back in the fall due to a few changes at home that didn't have any better answers, but hey...that's why we're here! She was again briefly adopted for the last couple of months, but found her way back to us when that owner couldn't be home enough for her. Fran blossomed into a more well rounded and social kitty over those eight years in her first home, but still maintains her more independent spirit. That said, she also LOVES being around people, so she knows how to balance her need for alone time and family time. Sadly, that is all on her schedule, so you have no say in that and should be prepared to stick to her schedule for pets and cuddles (dems the rules, folks). Fran isn't afraid of making new friends, so long as they a bipedal and have thumbs, so she would need to be the only pet in the home but did live with a small child for the last few years without incident. So, if you're in the market for a quieter and more low key roomie, Fran is the lady for you!
