Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Polly Pocket may be small in name, but her heart is full of big love! This sweet girl’s favorite place to be is right next to her people—better yet, climbing gently into your lap for cuddles and affection. She thrives on attention and happily soaks up every bit of love you’re willing to give.
Polly Pocket also enjoys spending time with her dog friends and would do well in a home with another friendly pup or a family ready to include her in daily fun. Her gentle, affectionate personality makes her a wonderful companion, and she would be a great fit for a family with kids over 7 years old who can share in her cuddle time and playtime alike.
If you’re looking for a loving, loyal little shadow who will happily snuggle her way into your heart, Polly Pocket is ready to meet you!

Adoptable animals are located at our Taft Campus at 2200 N Taft Hill Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80524 or for more info call 970-484-8516.
The first step to adopting a cat or dog from Animal Friends Alliance is to fill out an adoption questionnaire. You can do this online!
The next step is to pick out a cat or dog! Check out our adoptable cats and adoptable dogs for pictures and short descriptions or come into the shelter at our Taft Hill campus. We also have adoptable cats at many offsite locations.
Note: not all available cats and dogs reside at our campuses. Some are at off-site adoption partners or in foster homes. If you are interested in a particular cat or dog, please call our shelter at (970) 484-8516 to find out about their current status and location.
We do not ship animals. You are required to come and meet your new addition prior to adoption so that we can ensure a good match.
Please note that we will make a copy of the adopters’ State ID card, Driver’s License or passport at the time of adoption.
