My name is Dexter!

Dexter is a 5 year old Saluki mix. He was rescued as a puppy and has been with Pawmise Rescue ever since! He is a big cuddle bug, and quite a goof.

Dexter is not reactive dogs, loud noises and cats. While he is quite easy going, he does like to tease cats occasionally! It might be the Saluki in him: he absolutely adores doing anything outdoors! He loves being active and sniffing as much dog mail as possible.

Training and Exposure Dexter has had:
Basic Cues: Stay, Sit, Down, Look, “Let’s Go”, crate trained

Exposure to: construction, dogs, cats, kids, strangers, cars, etc
Potty trained

Things Dexter needs to work on:
Pulling with the leash

Dexter would love to finally find his perfect home that loves to adventure, loves to socialize and has calm fur siblings to share his life with.

Dexter is currently in Qatar but he is ready to take his freedom flight as soon as he has an approved foster or adopter in the States. Dexter deserves to spend the rest of his life as a loved family member instead of continuing to grow up in rescue. Will you be the one to help?
