Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I like to take life at a slow trot. Hi, I’m Pony Boy. I’m a gentle, shy little guy who likes to take the world at my own pace. Big, busy things can feel a little overwhelming, so I’m happiest quietly hanging out or playing with my foster brothers. I’m still learning that humans can be pretty wonderful, too. Love is definitely on my terms—but once I decide you’re worthy, I’ll reward you with the loudest purr you’ve ever heard. When I lean in for pets and turn on my little motor, that means I truly trust you. I may have a tender, soft-spoken soul, but I’ve got a big heart just waiting for the right person to see it. I’m not neutered yet, so my adoption includes a $100 refundable neuter deposit to make sure I get that taken care of when I’m old enough.

Submit Application

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

2.
Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

3.
Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
