Bubbles is truly something special — the kind of kitty everyone hopes for and rarely finds. She’s confident, friendly, playful, snuggly, curious, and absolutely full of love.

Born around September 1st and rescued at just a few days old, Bubbles started life as a tiny bottle baby, lovingly cared for by an amazing family. Once she was weaned, she and her siblings moved to a second foster home — where they quickly made themselves at home in a young girl’s bedroom. They explored Barbie’s Dreamhouse, lounged in the toy yacht, and supervised all important playtime activities. As a bonus, foster mom runs a morning daycare, so Bubbles has grown up comfortable and gentle with kids of all ages.

Due to a minor ringworm exposure that kept them in fostercare longer, Bubbles and her siblings spent the holidays with another foster family — four teenagers and two German Shepherd mixes. The verdict? “The best kittens ever!”

Her two siblings had pre-arranged adoptions and went to their new homes last weekend once they received their clean bill of health from our Cat Hospital and lab verification.

While Bubbles misses them, she has playmates in her current foster home and is doing great — but she’s more than ready to find her own forever family, ideally with people to adore and a kitty friend to romp with.

Did I mention she is confident and curious? She likes to watch around the shower curtain, has hopped in a few times with me too! She likes to snuggle in the crook of my shoulder at night to sleep, sometimes wanting to snuggle under the covers on cold nights. Everything can become a toy and she loves watching the bird feeder outside my bedroom window. She's got big purrs and will fall asleep in my lap while I'm working from home.

All her medical care is complete: spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and ready to go. Bubbles is about 5 months old and weights about 6lbs, so she's growing to be an 'average' size kitty.
