My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm available to meet with Wednesday-Saturday. The staff member I'm closest to works these days and this will give me the best success of showing you my true personality.

Hi, I'm Delfina, and I'm looking for a patient family who understands that trust is earned, not given. I have very specific opinions about petting. There's a right time, a right way, and a right mood, and I'll let you know when all three align. Churu's are my love language and the fastest way to my heart, so smart adopters will stock up. If you're willing to agree to my terms and conditions and give me the time I need, I promise I'm worth the wait.

Here's what you need to know about me:

I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.

I need an adult-only home. Living in a home with kids just isn't for me, I'm more comfortable with adults.

I'm FIV positive. I need to be an indoor-only cat in my new home. I can live a normal life, I'll just need extra vet visits and staying inside will help keep me safe and healthy.
