Benz is a confident, active boy who will keep you amused. He loves to play with the other cats in the house and loves toys. He likes to try to catch the water coming from the faucet and will even stick his head in the water. He is very smart and knows how to open lever handled doors. He has an affectionate side and loves to sleep next to you at night. He would be a great companion to his brother Lamon.
Lamon and Benz are special cats. They were both diagnosed with FIP when they were a couple of months old. FIP used to be fatal to all cats but now it can be cured. They both have been successfully treated and are looking for their forever homes.

At the center we provide information about our spay/neuter and education programs, volunteering opportunities, and spay/neuter vouchers to qualifying residents.
The center also houses some foster kitties through the year.
Our hours are: Monday through Friday, 12pm to 5:30pm
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. However, adoptions are often done on the weekend and evenings by appointment (with an approved application)
