Salty is a sweet, compact little guy with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. Around 2 years old and about 20 pounds, Salty came into animal control with his buddy Riff Raff, and the two have been thriving in foster care ever since.
We believe Salty may be a French Bulldog/Pug mix - he’s playful, social, and happiest when he’s close to his humans. He enjoys romping around with other dogs, soaking up attention, and being part of whatever you’re doing.
Salty is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, fully covered by Dogs 4 U Rescue through our vet partner in Naperville. Because of this, adopters must be local to ensure he can complete his treatment schedule.
Salty can be adopted with Riff Raff or separately - either way, he’s ready to bring joy, snuggles, and nonstop companionship to a forever home.
