My friend's relative adopted the cat through the shelter, and their relative passed away. My friend could not keep the cat due to allergies. I can not keep the cat due to the costs a pet requires.
He is six, and he will be seven in March.
He is used to having his food out constantly - he is a social eater - and can be skittish. He does not like strangers, but he loves the person who he is always around. He is very affectionate and sweet. He loves a warm bed, a shoelace, and item that rolls around. He loves to sleep and be scratched. He has playful moments, but most of the time he is relaxed or sleeping. He is not destructive when I leave and come back from work. He is very low maintenance.
He also has interest in plants, so if you have plants toxic to cats, move them out of the way.
He would do best in a calm environment where his new owner has patience and lots of love to give him.
