Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Oakley - A Sweet, Loyal, and Loving Companion!
Oakley is approximately 2 years old. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
Oakley is a sweet, loving cat who is ready to find her forever home. Rescued from a local shelter, she has faced her share of challenges. Oakley suffered suspected trauma to her hind legs, hips, and back when she was young, which means she sits, walks, and runs just a bit differently than other cats. Due to her past, she thrives in a calm and quiet environment.
Oakley prefers to be the only cat in the household and would do best in a home where she can receive all the love and attention she deserves. She is incredibly affectionate and loves curling up on laps for some quality time.
Oakley enjoys watching birds and squirrels outside. She also likes playing with toys, although she prefers a gentle, solitary play style. Her favorite toys are small plush toys that she can cuddle with and carry around. Oakley also loves her water fountain, often sitting nearby to watch or play.
Oakley has a peaceful and sweet nature and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and loving pet.

An application, veterinarian reference, and home check are required for each prospective foster / adopter.
There is an adoption fee of $125 for animals under 1 year of age and $100 for each animal 1 year and older. This fee helps cover the cost of vaccines, spay/neuter, and a microchip. Each animal in our rescue receives medical care from a veterinarian from the day they enter the rescue until the day they are adopted. This adoption fee covers only a small fraction of overall medical costs.
Fixing the Unbroken reserves the right to decline any foster or adoption for any reason.
