Maveryck Bio

- Approximate Age: 1 year 8 months
- Breed: Domestic Shorthair Black/White (cow cat)
- Weight: 11 lbs
- Any impairments: Anxiety, genetic tooth reabsorption (missing/has had 9 teeth pulled)
- Potty trained? Litter box trained
- Good with other dogs? Unknown
- Good with cats? Yes, will nuzzle and headbutt any cat that will let him
- Good with kids? Unknown, but has met kids and seemed fine with them
- Location: Columbus, OH
- Energy level (high/med/low)? Low
Meet Maveryck! He had been dumped in German Village for an unknown amount of time and was rescued in the middle of the heatwave back in the beginning of July. Maveryck is an incredibly sweet cat who absolutely LOVES to cuddle. If he could cuddle all day with you, he would! He’s a little nervous after being abandoned/dumped by his previous family, but his need for love and to give love wins out every time. He’s is a chill, mild-mannered cat who wants to get along with everyone, including all cats. He is incredibly food motivated and will eat just about anything you put in front of him, making it incredibly easy to give him his anxiety medication. Some of his favorite toys include automatic wands and anything that dangles - one of his favorite past times on most days is to play with the shoe laces when tennis shoes are being put on. He enjoys accompanying you to the toilet and hanging out with you. He just wants to love and be loved and make friends with everyone.
Maveryck is excited to find his forever home so he can shower his new family with love and attention. He is ready for adoption and has already had all his shots/boosters and has been neutered.
