Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cardinal is a beautiful boy with a gentle soul and the sweetest, softest eyes. He can be a little shy at first, but underneath that timid exterior is a big baby who absolutely loves people. He’s just learning how to be brave in his own skin and discovering that the world isn’t so scary after all.
He enjoys other doggies and would likely do great with a confident canine friend to help show him the ropes. Cardinal is also working on building trust with people and getting more comfortable on the leash — and he’s making progress every day. All he needs is a patient, loving home that will continue to encourage him and celebrate the little wins.
Once he feels safe, he melts for head rubs and attention. With a little time and a lot of love, Cardinal will blossom into the most loyal, affectionate companion. If you’re looking for a tenderhearted pup to grow with, Cardinal is ready to steal your heart!
