Zuko is a gentle love bug who has been through more than his fair share. After losing his home in a fire, he’s still learning that the world can be a safe place, but his resilience and big heart shine through every day.
He may be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, Zuko loves nothing more than crawling into your lap and soaking up affection. He finds a lot of comfort in being close to his people and snuggling up under blankets.
Zuko has lived with other dogs, has participated in playgroups, and would do especially well in a home with a confident, friendly dog to help show him the ropes. He takes cues well from other dogs and gains confidence from their presence.
Zuko is looking for a loving home that will give him time to settle in and show him that he’s safe now.

Our Adoption fee is $100 for dogs which includes their spay/neuter surgery, heartworm test, microchip, dewormings, heartworm prevention, rabies and our dogs are kept up to date on their vaccines. For cats the adoption fee is $75 which includes their feline leukemia and FIV test, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, dewormings, rabies and they are also kept up to date on their vaccines. We are often running adoption specials. Please call us for current discounted adoption promos. Our adoption process starts with spending some time with the animal/s you are interested in, then a simple 1 page application. Our adoption fee also includes a small bag of food and a free physical exam from participating veterinarians offices.
