Team Strategy thinks your adoption strategy should be to adopt her! She’s an energetic young kitty who’s always fired up and ready to play. She loves chasing the laser pointer, batting around balls you throw for her, and tumbling around while you pet her!
Team Strategy loves people as much as she loves playing, so she likes to be where the action is, even if that’s just curling up with you while you watch TV. She’ll sometimes crawl into her fosters’ laps too, but that usually doesn’t last too long since she’s always in play mode! Team Strategy will talk back a little when her fosters talk to her or touch her, responding with a cute little chirp, but she isn’t overly vocal.
Team Strategy has another cat housemate at her foster home and they tolerate each other fine, but they haven’t shown much bonding behavior aside from sleeping near each other. She hasn’t met any dogs or kids.
The perfect forever home for Team Strategy is one with people who will give her lots of attention and interact with her as much as possible given how social and playful she is. The other kitty she lives with is a little too chill for her liking, but Team Strategy would probably enjoy having another energetic young kitty friend she could play with!
Team Strategy has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Team Strategy can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
