Trinity is an absolutely adorable kitten with the sweetest little quirks — including sleeping with her legs crossed like a tiny lady. Every morning, she wakes up hoping for snuggles and gentle ear scratches, which she happily rewards with her soft, happy purrs. She finds comfort in cozy, tucked-away spots and loves curling up under heavier blankets where it feels like a warm hug. Trinity is naturally curious and quietly confident, taking in the world around her as she gets ready to meet her forever family. With a little time to settle in, Trinity will blossom into a loving, affectionate companion and a wonderful addition to any home. If you’re looking for a kitten who brings calm cuddles, gentle charm, and endless purrs, Trinity is ready to steal your heart

Take your time getting to know the animal you wish to adopt. The pet you choose should be your pet for the rest of its life, so spend the time necessary to make the right choice. Our staff is happy to assist you in taking a dog out of the kennels or socializing with a cat in the cat room. We encourage each person in your household to get acquainted with an animal before it becomes a new member of your family. We also suggest you bring your present pets in for an introduction to the new animal to form some ideas about their compatibility. Our Redwood City location is open Thursday-Saturday, 12:30pm-6:00pm and our Palo Alto location is open every day from 12:30-6:00pm.

More about this shelter
Our mission is to provide animals with loving care and lasting homes, to partner with communities striving to do the same, and to advance our no-kill legacy.
We accomplish our mission by transferring cats and dogs to our facilities from public shelters in the Bay Area and beyond when they are in danger of being euthanized due to space or financial limitations.
Pets In Need has shelters in Redwood City and Palo Alto. We have owned and operated our Redwood City shelter since 1993, and in 2019 we began operating the Palo Alto Animal Shelter in partnership with the City of Palo Alto.
Pets In Need is now operating the Palo Alto Animal Shelter. The City of Palo Alto still provides Animal Control Services for the cities of Palo Alto, Los Altos, & Los Altos Hills, CA
