Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Hope!
Hope is calm, low energy girl who appreciates a comfy place to nap and family who will shower her in love. She's about 7 years old and, while she's done with all that silly puppy energy and antics, she loves to take walks and may occasionally even play around with a toy. Hope has lived with other dogs before but has had not met cats before so doesn't know how she feels about them. She would probably do best with older, dog savvy children as she hasn't had any experience with kids before.
**if you are interested in Hope, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours**

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
