Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bella! This darling girl came to us all the way from Puerto Rico at about 8 months old and is more than ready to find her one true love - her new human! Bella was originally found living on the streets with a couple of her siblings, no mother in sight. A nice foster in Puerto Rico took them in and was able to adopt out her siblings and then.. Miss Bella was the only one left. After some time, she was able to make her way up to us and has been the sweetest girl ever since. While she’s a little nervous at first, after some hand sniffing and pets, she is an absolute love. She would probably do best in a home that is more on the quiet side due to all she’s been through but with some time and patience, she should be your new bestie in no time! In her previous foster, she did well with her feline friends as well, so if you have a kitty of your own already, Bella may be just what they need! Bella is special needs due to an Upper Respiratory Infection which has resolved, but has left some persistent clear discharge in her right eye. While this isn’t affecting her quality of life and may resolve, there is a chance she could have some damage to her tear duct and may need medical treatment later on. After all this precious lady has been through and how sweet she still is, there’s no doubt she will be the best furry friend any human could ask for. Do you have room in your heart and home for Bella?
