My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little guy is a whirlwind of joy, ready to sprinkle your life with tail-wagging fun and snuggles galore. Friendly, cheerful, and full of spunky charm, Bakie is the kind of Valentine who doesn’t just steal hearts… he delivers them with flair! Bakie loves a good cuddle as much as a playful romp, and he’s always ready to make every day feel like a party of puppy love. With his happy-go-lucky spirit, mischievous sparkle, and adorable enthusiasm for life (and treats, all the delicious treats!), he’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a skip in your step.

This Valentine’s Day, skip the chocolates and adopt Baki and get a forever friend who’s all heart!

Additional adoption info

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
