My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌅 Meet Dawn 🌅
Say hello to Dawn, a bright and spirited tabby girl who’s ready to light up your life!
Dawn is very playful and endlessly curious. If there’s something new to explore, she’s already on her way to investigate. She approaches the world with wide-eyed wonder and confident little steps, always ready for her next adventure.
When it’s playtime, Dawn is all in! 🎉
She absolutely loves teaser toys and will leap and pounce with impressive agility. Bring out the laser pointer, and you’ll see her zoom into action — quick, focused, and having the time of her life.
One of Dawn’s most unique features is her adorable broken middle tail, which gives her extra character and charm. It doesn’t slow her down one bit — if anything, it makes her even more unforgettable.

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
