Peanut does not do well in a crate and it causes him stress, so he’s looking for a home where he can be close to his people and continue building confidence. He would do best with someone who enjoys engagement, training, bonding, and including their dog in daily life.

Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. Through our network of committed volunteers and foster homes we are able to rescue, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well matched, thoroughly screened forever homes. We also provide our adopters and the community with information on responsible pet ownership, including spay-neuter, training and good nutrition.
