ELFIE is a BOY…and looks like a little ELF with his cute tipped ears. These ears are common in the Wire-haired Terrier. Elfie does not have the wire-hair…it’s beautiful and soft. His DOB is 11/3/25, current weight is 13#. He will probably get to be 25-30#s…best guess. He is playful and loves other dogs. He has never been loose with my cats…he’s seen them but they have not been together. Elfie is great with people and will make a great family dog…active companion. We do not adopt puppies to households that are gone all day. They need interaction and care plus potty training.
This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received.
You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period."
Adoption Fee: Includes all of the vetting and transportation to WA/OR.

We have no means of transporting our dogs to the NE without it being a pre-adoption. All our dogs were saved in Texas. Our transporters go to the Northeast typically 3-4 times/month to OH, PN, NY, VT, CT, NJ, MD and VA. Likely one of our transports also can go to NH and ME and even FLA too and sometimes nearly any state in the lower 48. ! All dogs must be pre-adopted because we have no fosters in the NE. We also adopt in Pacific Northwest and mid-west as well. Some of our adopters have come from both Canada and Alaska.We do adoption events in Olympia, WA once/month at The Pet Works in Olympia, and once/month at Tractor Supply in Olympia, WA.
