My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spring’s story is a bit of a doozy, but hopefully it has a happy ending.

This 9 year old harlequin rabbit was surrendered to our rescue due to his owners moving into a home that did not allow pets. This honestly was the best thing that could have happened to spring. Unfortunately his owners never fed him hay - an essential part of a rabbit’s diet. They just didn’t think he needed it. He was living in a tiny metal cage with no enrichment or soft spots to relax. As a result he has severe arthritis that somewhat limits his mobility.

He is now on a great diet and enjoys his daily joint supplements. We had him neutered and he is working on his litter box habits.

Spring just needs a soft spot to spend his golden years, will you be his retirement home?
