While their journey left him a bit tangled up, it certainly didnt dampen his sweet spirit! Right now, Hoggles coat is matted and in need of some TLC, but underneath is a darling little guy whos ready to shine. Despite everything, hes in wonderful spirits; curious, friendly, and so happy to be safe. His bright eyes and wagging tail show just how much love he has to give. Pets & Pals has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are a no-kill shelter. Our facility is extremely clean and well managed. The dogs are allowed to get out of their cages daily on a rotating basis to play in our outdoor areas complete with swimming pools!
