Nala was given to us by a private owner found on this very site, she is a beautiful 1 and a half year old great daniff (Great Dane, and cane corso mix). She loves her people and is EXTREMELY protective. The previous owner had told us she was a kind, loving, and good with kids. We came and picked her up and after a few weeks she started exhibiting some behavioral issues. It turns out that the previous owner had her in a crate for most of the day. She was not very well trained obedience wise. Most of what the previous owner told us was a complete lie which was not a very responsible thing to do on their behalf. We regularly foster and rescue animals but Nala needs extensive behavioral support and therapy that would be beyond our capabilities at this time. She will only be adopted out to an owner that has experience with giant breeds, and that can provide proper behavioral therapy.
