Jewel is a playful young girl with a sweet spirit who is still learning that humans can be trusted. Each day she grows a little braver, and she’s beginning to discover how nice affection can be. Jewel is very treat-motivated, which makes bonding with her both fun and rewarding! With a little patience and lots of love (and snacks), she’s sure to blossom into a wonderful companion.

While she isn’t closely bonded to her brother, Shadow is very dependent on her right now, and she provides him with comfort and reassurance as they navigate new experiences together.

We are currently running the rescue from our homes. Meet and Greets will occur in Elyria, OH. We are currently coordinating with multpile pet stores to hold adoption events.

More about this rescue

We are 2 friends who volunteered with a rescue for years. The level of care for the animals was leading to many illnesses and deaths. We decided we wanted better for them and started our own rescue to do just that. We are foster based and run solely on donations.
