Hello everyone! My name is Capone, and I was a tiny pup found at a gas station during one of the cold nights in Oklahoma - Chicagoland Dog Rescue scooped me and promised to help find me my furever home! My foster mom says that not only do I have amazing good looks with my very shiny, soft black coat and kiss of white on my chest but I am very smart (almost mastered potty training), I know how to sit, I am crate trained and overall just a perfect puppy! I never get tired of her saying that!
I love to play with my foster fur sister Elsa(80 lbs pittie) but after all the play I love to nap, preferably on the couch with my foster human brother. I love treats and food but will sit patiently and waiting for my turn! Being so sweet and so smart and such a great get along kinda guy with other dogs and kids, makes me a great candidate for just about any home! And speaking of home...I am looking for one that will have lots of love to share, patience, should I make a mistake, and time to keep working on all my homelife skills so I can be the best new member of the family! We do not adopt out on first-come/first-serve basis. An application must be filled out and a home check done prior to adopting one of our puppies or dogs.

Puppies up to 7 Mos. $525. Includes all puppy vaccinations, including rabies, heartworm check, microchip, and spay/neuter (at 6 mos. of age). It does NOT include the necessary bloodwork prior to the spay/neuter.
Adult Dogs 7 Mos. & Up $400-450. Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.
Senior dogs-8+ $300.00. Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.
Bonded pairs-$700-$800
Includes all vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. It does NOT include necessary bloodwork prior to spay/neuter.
CDR also offer FREE training classes for the LIFETIME of the dog if you adopt from us. Structured puppy classes are available and socialization classes for older dogs as well. We also offer these classes to dogs not adopted from us for a fee - 100% of training fee goes to our rescued dogs! Our trainers volunteer their time!! Check our website for times/locations.
