Wally earned his name after being found curled up in a tight little ball outside Walmart, sitting in the very same spot for several days. No one knows how long he had been there, but thankfully someone finally scooped him up and brought him into our rescue. And just like that, Mr. Wally’s life changed forever.
This handsome boy has now been neutered, fully vetted, and his combo SNAP test is negative. He came to us with an eye injury, but it’s healing beautifully and is almost completely cleared up. Every day he looks and feels better!
Wally is incredibly friendly and loves people. He leans into pets, enjoys attention, and is more than ready to trade parking lot pavement for a cozy couch. We’re not yet sure how he feels about other cats or dogs, but we do know he absolutely adores human affection.
Mr. Wally from Walmart is truly one lucky guy — and now he’s just waiting for a forever home to call his own. He’s ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life with someone who will love him the way he deserves.

NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
