My story

Another one of our incredible parvo survivors… meet River 💙🐾

River has the biggest heart and an even bigger personality. This sweet, rambunctious boy is the perfect balance of adventure buddy and cuddle bug.

River loves other dogs. Playing is his absolute favourite thing, and he would thrive in a home with another playful pup to romp around with. He reads social cues beautifully for such a young puppy and is wonderfully respectful when other dogs set boundaries, something we love to see.

He’s incredibly eager to please and very food motivated, which makes training an absolute dream. River already knows sit, lay down, shake paw, spin, leave it, and has a fantastic recall. He genuinely loves working his brain just as much as he loves his treats. We’ve been using his kibble for training instead of bowl feeding, and he’s soaking up new skills so quickly.

When he’s not showing off his smarts, you can find him playing ball, enjoying a good game of tug, exploring outside, or living his absolute best life in the snow. ❄️

River is active, confident, endlessly curious, and full of love. When playtime winds down, he’s happiest snuggled up close with his people.

This playful, confident love bug truly is the whole package. He would thrive in an active home that will continue his training, include him in adventures, and give him all the love he deserves.

If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will grow into your very best friend, River is ready to meet his forever family. 💙
