History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
A Note from the Foster: Sweetie (we call her Ruby) is the perfect family dog. Her foster home has young children and she is absolutely phenomenal with them- gentle and sweet. She loves her people and her favorite time of day is the evenings when she gets to cuddle on the couch with them! She’s still got some puppy energy, but is overall a pretty chill dog. Ruby loves to have something to chew on, is great in a leash (but will let you know if she spies a rabbit!), and loves to get some pets. She is mostly house broken with very few accidents and is a dream overnight in her kennel. Ruby loves other dogs and enjoys playing with them, but would definitely be ok as a solo dog too. Genuinely an all around wonderful girl, and easy on the eyes too!!
