Britney is a 4 year old, female, Great Pyrenees mixed breed. She is a beautiful dog with an amazing personality. She recently lost her beloved owner and has been understandably sad. She has remained hopeful that someone else will love her just as much and decide to adopt her soon. Despite her loss she remains incredibly gentle, affectionate, and devoted to her people. She does well with other calm dogs and would be happiest with older, respectful kids. Britney currently lives with a cat who keeps to themselves, and she’s perfectly content with that arrangement. True to her breed, Britney loves being outdoors in any weather. A fenced yard or a home that enjoys peaceful walks and hikes would make her extremely happy.

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
- Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
- We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
