My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bumi originally came through a TNR program — trapped, neutered, and meant to be returned to where he was found. That was the plan.

But it didn’t take long for the volunteers to realize the “release” part wasn’t going to happen.

From the moment he was safely inside, he made it very clear he wasn’t meant for life outdoors. He leaned into hands. He purred. He looked up at everyone like he’d been waiting for this chance. Within days, he had completely won over the entire team. It’s hard to overlook his spirit — open, trusting, incredibly sweet. Bumi is truly a special cat!

He loves to snuggle. Not politely. Fully committed, press-his-whole-body-into-you snuggles. He wants to be close, to be part of what you’re doing, to soak up the comfort of being safe and loved. Anyone who has met him says the same thing: he’s one of a kind.

One of the volunteers couldn’t imagine sending him back outside, so he’s now being fostered while he waits for his forever home.

Bumi was almost returned to the streets. Instead, he’s getting a second chance — and whoever adopts him is going to end up with one of the sweetest, most genuine companions they could hope for. He is FIV+, but that doesnt hold him back in the least bit and can live alongside other friendly cats.

Hes had a life struggling on the streets, now hes ready for snugling under your sheets!
