Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a lovable guy with an even bigger personality. He’s got the perfect balance down: part playful goofball, part professional sunbather. You’ll often find him stretched out in a warm beam of sunlight, looking like he’s starring in his own “Cat Calendar: Summer Edition.” But don’t get too comfortable — because out of nowhere, here come the zoomies! A blur of paws, a dash down the hallway, and a triumphant skid across the rug. It’s all part of Buddy’s daily entertainment schedule.

He loves being close to his people — think loyal sidekick energy. He’ll happily hang out next to you on the couch, supervise your daily activities, and keep you company while you relax.

Animal Rescue League of Berks County (Berks ARL) is a progressive animal shelter that cares for approximately 5000 animals a year. In addition to our adoption program, Berks ARL has strong foster care and volunteer programs to help meet the needs of the pets in our care.
