I adopted Charlie from AARF back in July of 2018 as a kitten, alongside his brother Marlie. He was a great companion up until we had our daughter about 2.5 years ago. He started to urinate outside the litter box. We took him to the vet on numerous occasions to rule out any medical issue causing this. There was nothing found, so we ruled this to be a behavioral issue likely due to the change in the home. He is the sweetest boy. He plays with our other cat very well. He is not fond of our daughter and will hiss or run/hide. However he will snuggle up to me and my husband and is very loving. We are moving soon and just cannot have him urinating in the house. We think this will correct itself with a calm environment as he sometimes urinates in the litter box until he gets anxious. We believe he may be a good fit for a single person, or a family without any other pets or children.
I would also like to note that he is declawed on his front paws.
