Hello, Northeast people, I’m a handsome little tri-color Terrier mix with one icy blue eye and a brown-blue eye, and my name is Guy. I am about 6-½ years old, weigh 18 lbs, and I was dumped on the street with 2 other dogs in Bulverde, Texas. It was awful… the police and a bunch of people were trying to round us all up, and we were all running in different directions. What a relief, when 2 weeks later, they finally caught me, and not only was I hungry and thirsty, but I was immediately grateful, and sharing kisses with my captors, LOL! These days, I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, happy, healthy, and ready to be someone's forever dog!
My foster parents say I am a very affectionate little guy, people motivated, and I easily make friends with everyone, dogs included. I’m not really into playing with the other dogs or playing with dog toys, but I am into love, pets, snuggles, kisses, and following you around like your little shadow. I’m a good boy, only bark when I need to alert you, and I am doing great with housebreaking. I love going for walks, and I don't mind going for a ride in the car. I am good in a crate, but stay in a closed-off room with the resident dogs while the family is away. I sleep on a dog couch at night in another room, but I would be the happiest boy in town to sleep in bed with a human! If you are looking for an extremely friendly, loving, and loyal boy, then look no further! Inquire about me today!
* 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Please DO NOT apply unless the entire family / household is on board with adopting one of our dogs. We must receive an application for you to move forward in the process. Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
