My name is Jake!

I found this dog in Corning, CA on the side of the road on Oren and Blackburn. Ive searched for his owner for a couple of months now. We started calling him Jake and he got used to that name. Im not sure how old he is, a vet told me judging by his teeth he's over a year. im looking for a new home for him because I already have 2 other dogs and a cat and can't give him full effort. He deserves more time for someone to train him and give him independent attention. Hes such a sweet boy and he loves lots of love and attention. I believe he has been through some trauma, he is vocal at first when it comes to some people, and instantly cowers down when they get close to him. He flinches a lot, as well, which we've been working on and he is doing much better with that. I wish I knew more of his past, but I know his future is so bright. He can sit and stay and will learn things quickly. He is crate trained. Jakey loves to play and is such a loyal boy.
