My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bubble – your future best friend with a heart as big as his smile!

Bubble may have an unknown past, but he’s clearly chosen to focus on the future. From the moment you meet him, he’ll greet you with a wagging tail and excitement. He’s outgoing, friendly, and always ready to make a new friend!

Despite his mystery beginnings, Bubble already knows how to sit, showing he’s smart and eager to learn. He responds well to positive attention and would likely thrive with continued training and consistency. Since we don't know if he has lived with other dogs or cats, slow and proper introductions are recommended- you can ask our staff for information on how to do proper introductions.

If you’re looking for a cheerful, loving companion who’s ready to start her next chapter, Bubble is ready to meet you!

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Additional adoption info

Animals are adopted quickly from Tri-County Humane Society, so we advise you to place an adoption hold if you are interested in a specific animal.

Adoption holds are $25 plus tax. To place an adoption hold on a pet, call us at (320) 252-0896 and have your Visa, Discover, American Express, or Mastercard ready; holds also can be placed in person at the shelter. NOTE: Tri-County Humane Society CANNOT reserve an animal without an adoption hold. (Holds cannot be placed through email or social media messaging.)

HOW ADOPTION HOLDS WORK: The $25 plus tax “hold” reserves the TCHS animal of your choice for one day. We do take multiple holds, but it’s always first come, first served. People do change their minds about adoption, and that’s OK - if you’ve fallen in love, you may want to place an additional hold!

THE DETAILS: All holds are nonrefundable and nontransferable. It is a fee for a service (to hold the animal for you); the adoption fee plus tax will still need to be paid in full. If the animal is not adopted by the person with the hold, the pet is available again.

WHAT THE “HOLD” MONEY GOES TO: It helps support our nonprofit animal shelter and the 5,000-plus animals we care for every year!

More about this shelter

Our Mission Statement: We believe in the human-animal bond
and exist to support the animals and people of Central Minnesota by practicing and promoting quality animal care, offering compassionate customer service, and providing humane education.

Our Vision Statement: With the help of our community and exceptional team, we envision a time when every animal receives the care they need, and all people receive the support they seek.

Tri-County Humane Society (TCHS) has been operating an independent nonprofit animal shelter in St. Cloud, Minnesota, since 1974. TCHS does not receive any government funding, and we rely on our generous community of donors, adopters, volunteers,
and fosters to provide quality services to the pets and people of
Central Minnesota and beyond.

Some of those services include care for homeless animals, pet adoption, pet lost and found, and humane education. We also provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding pet care, behavior, and many other animal-related issues.

Tri-County Humane Society's MBAH Kennel License Number is MN140200.
