Introducing Captain 🐾😍 Captain is a 3 month old Bulldog mix with the sweetest, most endearing personality. With his soft puppy features, soulful eyes, and gentle expression, he has a way of quietly stealing your heart, and you can tell right away he’s a sensitive, gentle pup. He may be shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he forms a beautiful bond that makes every bit of patience worth it.
As Captain warms up, his playful side peeks through in the most adorable ways. He does tiny happy hops when he’s excited, gives the cutest wiggles when you talk to him, and his foster swears he’s been smiling since day one. He absolutely adores his toys and lights up when it’s time to play, showing just how joyful and silly he can be.
When playtime winds down, Captain reveals his cuddle-bug side. He loves to snuggle close and enjoy quiet moments together. He does well with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of loving homes. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
