Introducing Snuggles!
This pint sized little fella is less than 6lbs, but don't let that fool you, he is very mighty! Snuggles is a 6 year old Chihuahua. If you know Chihuahuas, you know that they bond very closely with one person. Snuggles' person is no longer able to keep him for reasons they cannot help, and it has absolutely devastated them as well as little Snuggles.
Snuggles is required to go to an adult only home, as he does not do well with strangers and can be very fearful at first. If you give him time and patience, he may blossom into a great companion - he just needs the time.
He has lived with other small dogs before and did well. He will need help with housetraining, but is very treat motivated so we are hopeful he will catch on soon! Snuggles is also a part of our Paws Forward Program, which means he gets 3 free training sessions after adoption with Janette with KindK9s.
Please come by and see if he is the one for you! Snuggles will require multiple meetings before adoption, but he is worth it.
