My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lulu Re 💕

Lulu Re is a tiny 10-lb Miniature Pinscher with a heart that’s just beginning to shine. At only one year old, this sweet girl is getting her fresh start after being pulled from a county shelter, and we couldn’t be happier to watch her blossom.

Lulu Re can be a little shy when meeting new people, which is completely understandable since we don’t know much about her past. But give her a little patience and kindness, and you’ll quickly see her warm up into a loving, gentle companion. Every day she grows more confident, curious, and comfortable.

This little lady is the perfect size for lap cuddles, cozy naps, and being your constant sidekick. With a bit of love and security, Lulu Re is sure to thrive in a home that will cherish her second chance.

Could you be the one to help Lulu Re write her happy ending? 🐾To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Tour/Adoption Hours:

Fridays: 3pm – 5pm
Saturdays: 11am – 2pm

During adoption hours we have volunteers available to show dogs and cats to the public. For safety/insurance reasons we can only allow those 12 years or older to go into the dog kennel wing of the shelter. We ask all visitors not to stick their fingers/hands into the dog kennels. Our adoptable dogs and cats are viewable through our website. Everyone interested in applying for a dog or cat must submit an application through our website. We receive multiple applications for each animal. Applications for particular animals are based on best fit for each animal based on each animal’s behaviors and needs. An application not being selected for a particular animal does not necessarily mean the application was denied, but just that another application was approved.
