My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Holly is an adorable 4-month old gray tabby with white kitten girl, with fur that is likely to grow into a very full, floofy coat. Her little face is very communicative, with an unusually expressive little mouth that can appear anywhere from serious to surprised, and which curves into a smile to let out the cutest of chitters when she has something to say while dozing off.

Holly loves to run and play, most of all with her brother and soulmate, Hominy. If she sees him gearing up for some cozy time before she’s ready to relax, her little body will rev up to spring into her favorite sideways run, followed by a pounce to get him back in play mode. When not playing or relaxing, both Holly and Hominy have shown a love for watching sports, with the Superbowl and Olympics luge and hockey some recent favorites.

Holly loves to be petted when she is both in the mood as well as comfortable with her surroundings and people. This happen much faster with her brother, Hominy, on the scene. She is used to a quiet yet active home with lots of interaction with her foster family of young adults, their parents, and their friends. She also gets along fabulously with the resident cats who represent a variety of temperaments and ages. Holly needs to be adopted with her brother, Hominy, making a perfect pair on their own, or a cute and gregarious duo to add extra playfulness and fun to established resident felines.

All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!

More about this rescue

Feral Fixers is dedicated to the Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) of feral cats within DuPage county. As part of our mission, we also rescue friendly cats and kittens that have been abandoned outside. We socialize and provide medical care to these kitties in our foster homes, and then make them available for adoption.

Come meet some of the adoptable cats below at one of our upcoming weekend Adoption Events! No application is required to attend, but we encourage you to apply online in advance to get pre-approved with the Adoption Questionnaire linked above.

Next Adoption Event:

• Sunday, 2/22, 1-4pm, at the Feral Fixers building (330 Eisenhower Ln N, Lombard)

Adoptions by appointment are always available between adoption events.

We also regularly hold adoption events at our various pet store partners (PetSmart)
