My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mr. Goodbar!

Your family’s newest best friend is waiting. 🐾❤️

Mr. Goodbar is a 6 month old sweetheart with the kind of personality that makes you instantly feel like you have known him forever. He is playful, loyal, and full of happy energy, the perfect mix for a home that wants a fun loving companion and a true sidekick.

He loves kids and enjoys time with other dogs, which makes him an excellent candidate for an active family or a home that already has a canine buddy. Mr. Goodbar is the type of pup who will happily join in on playtime, then settle in close when it is time to relax.

What you will love about Mr. Goodbar:

✅ 6 months old and ready to learn & grow with
you!

✅ Kid friendly!

✅ Dog friendly!

✅ Playful and affectionate!

✅ Loyal and eager to be part of a family!

If you have been looking for a young pup who checks all the boxes, Mr. Goodbar is it. He is not looking for perfection, he is looking for his people.

Additional adoption info

Thank you for visiting!

If interested in our adoptables please contact us at hopefultailsadoptions@outlook.com, and let us know who you're interested in meeting. You must fill out an adoption application if interested in adopting followed by an adoption contract.

All dogs require a $100 training deposit. Once confirmation of the completion of a training class has been sent to the rescue, you will receive your deposit back in full.

As we are a rescue all of our adult dogs/puppies for adoption must be spayed and neutered. Although we make every attempt to have this done before finding their adoptive families, this is not always possible. Please speak with your adoption coordinator to see of this service has already been performed or they will explain to you if your new dog/puppy will need this service while in your care at no cost to you.

When emailing please include your phone number to help speed up the adoption process. Also, for the safety of our dogs, we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Joliet, Illinois, to allow our volunteers to do home checks, if necessary.
