*This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**
Breed: Holland lop
Size: about 3-4 lbs
DOB: About 6 months old as of February 2025
Reason in rescue: Bean came in after she was rescued from a local hoarding situation with almost 30 others! She was a baby and in terrible shape, skinny and dirty. She’s been gaining weight and thriving here with us over the last few months. We got her spayed and vaccinated and now she’s ready to find a family!
Personality: When Bean came in she was tiny. She hasn’t grown very much since then, other than filling out and she’s a tiny little girl! Definitely a Holland. Bean is very sweet, enjoys people and handling and absolutely loves to binky around like crazy! She is very good with her litter box. Because if her small size she’d do best in a family with no/older kids
Special Needs: Bean came to us with malocclusion, meaning her teeth were overgrown, even at a young age. We’ve been trimming them in the hopes that they will start growing normally as she’s older and so far they have been good and our last trim while she was spayed, he got them lined up very well. BUT, she will need monitored throughout her life for teeth issues (common in lops), and may potentially need her front teeth removed in the future if she develops issues.
Friends: she is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes her spay, vaccine, and microchip.
