Meet FRANKIE
Tiny body. Big personality. Zero fear.
Frankie is an 8-week-old Chihuahua mix weighing in at just 5-ish pounds of pure adorable chaos. And yes… he knows he’s cute.
This little guy has been with his foster since Sunday and has already shown us exactly who he is:
Rambunctious
Brave
Sweet
Certified snuggle baby
He loves to play, explore, and then crash hard for belly rubs (see photo evidence ).
Potty training is going great! We go outside often and he’s also using pee pads like a champ.
We’re working on crate training…
He hates it.
Frankie would 100% prefer to fall asleep in your arms and be gently “transferred” once he’s out cold. (We see you, little snuggle strategist.)
He would absolutely love a home with another playful dog to wrestle and grow up with. A buddy to match his tiny-but-mighty energy would be perfect.
If you’re looking for a bold little best friend who will keep you laughing and then melt into you for naps… Frankie might be your guy.

We are foster based so once you find a pet either online or at one of our adoption events please submit an application bit.ly/BellesBudsApp
Interview
Once the application is processed we will set up a phone interview and meet and greet (depending on your location).
Meet the Pet
Once the application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet. This varies either at your house, with your pet, or at fosters house.
Home Check
We require either a home video/pictures or a home visit.
Sign Adoption Contract
If all goes well with application and meet and greet and we determine your home is the right fit for the dog, we have a contract to sign.
Pay Fee
Our adoption fee goes towards the dogs vetting. All dogs leave fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered (if old enough)
