My name is Lucy!

Lucy is exactly the kind of cat you see on all the funny Youtube videos. She is full of energy, very playful, constantly zooming around the house, and always up to something mischievous. She is also extremely sweet (on her own terms, of course) and wants to be in the same room as everyone else. She is a Maine Coon mix with beautiful gray striped coat. She can get nervous easily as she tends to hide when anyone comes to our home. While she is great with other cats, she tends to be easily agitated with dogs and young children. I do believe, however, with time, she would be fine with dogs. We love Lucy and this decision has been a tough one but we have three young children. Our son is autistic and the attention and care he requires requires my complete and full devotion on top of caring for my other two kids. Since Lucy is easily overwhelmed and agitated by young children, and we live in a smaller home, we feel it's best for her to go to a home that is much more calm and reassuring.
